Development Methodology
Based on our experience, we have found Agile (Scrum) development methodology to be most suited for engagements with our clients. We have enhanced the core Agile principles to suit a multi-shore model. Even though these processes have some overhead, it provides lot more benefits in the process such as –
- not requiring detailed requirements documents,
- flexibility to adjust scope and requirements,
- Incrementally developing the software ‘one block at a time’
- Continuous build, integration and test to eliminate late detection of defects
- Tighter project management control (risk management, schedule compliance)
