Devi Malladi
Founder and CEO

Devi has over 18 years of experience developing and managing software development in a wide range of domains. Prior to starting EnLume Inc in 2004, he worked on mission critical systems at such companies as Sasken, HP, American Airlines, CMS Energy, PDX Inc. etc. He has architected solutions to complex problems using OOP technologies and developed reusable frameworks.

As the CEO, Devi continues to engage closely in customer satisfaction and sets the company’s long term vision and oversees its successful implementation. Devi has a BS in Electronics & Communication from Osmania University, India and a Masters in Computer Science from Indian Statistical Institute, India.

Ram Kanchibhotla
Director, Operations

Ram is one of the founding members of EnLume. He has over 16 yrs of experience in establishing and building organizations from ground up and to be successful and scalable organizations. He brings in a unique blend of management experience, team spirit and ‘can do’ attitude. Well versed with the Indian laws, he brings in rich experience in corporate services, infrastructure development and facilities management.

Prior to joining EnLume in 2004, Ram worked at such companies as ITC, Karvy Consulting, Chip Engines and Zintec Software.

Ram has BS in Mathematics from Osmania University, India.

Surya Vedula
Director, Engineering

Vedula has 14 years of experience in building, deploying and supporting IT solutions for businesses, through a combination of technology and efficient service delivery processes. Previously Surya worked in leadership and Project Management roles at EDS (now HP-Enterprise Services), Macromedia (now Adobe), State Street Corporation and Net Elixir.

At EnLume, he is responsible for delivering exceptional engineering solutions and service quality to our customers.

Bhaskar Kalale
VP, Product Management

Bhaskar has over 18 years of experience in Software Development and Management. Bhaskar's has held senior level roles in such companies as Deutsche Bank (Software Division), i2 Technologies, diCarta and Symphony Services. He has managed multi-shore cross-functional product teams with multi-million dollar revenue streams. His specialties include multi-shore product development, product strategy and management.

At EnLume, Bhaskar is responsible for developing business and new product strategy and product definitions for EnLume's new product initiatives.

Bhaskar has a MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
