End-to-end Lifecycle development capability	EnLume provides services across the entire PDLC. From Requirements Gathering, to Development, QA (UI and Functional), Performance testing, Deployment, Support and on-going maintenance past the 1.0 release.
Schedule Adherence and Milestone compliance	Right from the beginning we work with you to understand your requirements and business imperatives and devise a plan that is realistic and achievable. Our project management structure and experienced personnel closely monitor the progress and ensure that the deliverable time lines are met. Did we already say “time-to-market is critical”?

Defect Rate Management	What good is it to deploy a product that either does not meet the user needs or is buggy? Answer is obvious. A higher defect rate means missed milestones, poor design or code, and/or inadequate or not well understood requirements. So, how do we manage it? In many ways. First, we follow a test driven development approach - we identify design and code defects early on when it is easy and cheaper to address them. . Second, our defect triage process ensures that we optimize defect fixes and manage the defect rate in such a way that we know what the quality of the end product is going to be. Third, we employ ‘Smart QA’ – optimal testing, know what to test and when.
Requirement Changes	We recognize that it is absolutely necessary to be flexible to accept changes to the requirements due to a variety of reasons - changes in user needs, market conditions, or even changes in the idea since what you envisaged on paper may look different when implemented. Hence, generating detailed requirements is not only practical but is also cost prohibitive (think “time-to-market”). Therefore, we do not insist on making detailed requirements available up-front. We follow an iterative development methodology that provides you the visibility of how the product is shaping up and thus giving you the ability to adjust your requirements as we go along.
Project and Risk Management	Our seasoned project managers ensure that we work with as necessary to manage the operational risks associated with the project. In a knowledge industry, our people are our strength and we make all efforts to minimize personnel risks by controlling attrition. From providing shadow resources to cross-train, we ensure that the project schedules are not impaired. We have people who are experienced in managing the infrastructure and the project risks across the board. And if and when necessary, we will not shy away from seeking help to mitigate delivery risks.
