We derive our strengths from our communities and our people. As EnLume has grown and become self sustaining, it is our continuous desire and endeavor to contribute to the development of the communities that we operate in and to operate with a perspective broader and longer than our own immediate, short-term goals and profits. Our social responsibility initiatives also provides an opportunity for our larger team members to involve themselves in volunteer work, fulfill their social responsibilities and obligations, help those who are less fortunate than they are and provide opportunities to those who lack access to tools and infrastructure for advancement.

EnLume strives to help development of school infrastructure in remote and rural areas.
